Initial Consultation Fee: A non-refundable fee of **$50.00 is required for all initial consultations. This fee will be applied toward your service if booked within 30 days of the consultation.
Consultations are designed to assess your hair needs and discuss service options.

PBK STYLED ME LLC provides a range of natural hair services, including but not limited to:

Retwists
Traditional Locs
Sista Locs
Micro Locs
Twist Locs
Instant Locs
Comb Coils
Loc Maintenance
Loc Reattachment
Detox Locs
Steam Treatment

3. Pricing

Prices for services may vary based on individual hair type, length, and the specific service requested. A detailed quote will be provided during your consultation.
Additional services may incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to treatment.

4. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of purchase or service confirmation.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Cash (in person only)
• Shop Pay
• Shop Pay Installments (payment plans)
• Other available digital payment options at checkout

Orders, services, or appointments will not be processed or scheduled until payment is successfully completed.

For customers using Shop Pay Installments, all payment terms, schedules, and agreements are managed directly through Shop Pay. PBK Styled Me is not responsible for missed or declined installment payments.

All sales are final once services begin or digital/custom products are delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to failed payments, suspected fraud, or chargebacks.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least **24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling**: Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done within the same timeframe. A new appointment must be made at the time of rescheduling.

6. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their consultation fee and may be charged a no-show fee for future appointments.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we strive for complete client satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific results due to individual hair conditions and characteristics. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss potential adjustments.

8. Liability Waiver

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that PBK STYLED ME LLC is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the service. It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns prior to treatment.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

PBK STYLED ME LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of such changes.
